Project // Design + Build-out 3200 sqft abandoned textile factory floor into a fully soundproofed and acoustically treated production facility.

Job Description // Conceptual + construction drawings, spec research, budgeting, construction work + coordination.

* The idea was to recycle + reuse SIPs (structural insulated panels) previously used for a commissioned soundproofing installation in a Chelsea gallery project. Used for their insulating, soundproofing and structural qualities, the panels now line the existing concrete walls, constitute the reception space's wall system and the cyc wall base structure.
